Program terms for Together card access.
Card program
Together card access may be offered through a card issuing partner and card network program. The final cardholder agreement, issuing bank disclosures, fee schedule, and program rules will control card use.
Card access and limits
Card availability, spending capacity, merchant acceptance, virtual or physical card access, and transaction approvals may depend on eligibility, account standing, repayment history, risk controls, program limits, and partner rules.
Transactions
Transactions may be approved, declined, reversed, adjusted, or reviewed based on available limit, merchant category, fraud signals, card controls, repayment status, network rules, and legal requirements.
Disputes and unauthorized use
Report suspicious, incorrect, or unauthorized card activity promptly. Together or its card program partner may ask for additional information and will provide required rights, timelines, and notices through the applicable cardholder agreement.
Suspension and closure
Card access may be suspended, restricted, or closed for suspected fraud, account closure, missed repayment, legal requirements, partner risk controls, or violation of program terms.
