SMS and Call Consent

Consent for account messages, Claire calls, and support contact.

Account communications

You authorize Together and its service providers to contact you about your account, onboarding, verification, security, repayments, card activity, Claire assistance, support, and required notices using email, SMS, push notification, in-app messages, phone calls, or other contact methods you provide.

Claire calls and messages

Claire may call, text, or message you when you request help, schedule a call, need account support, or use a feature that depends on conversational support. Claire communications may be handled through Together systems.

Phone number accuracy

You represent that any phone number you provide belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it. You agree to update your number promptly if it changes or is no longer available to you.

Carrier fees and availability

Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier, device settings, network availability, and third-party messaging providers.

Opt-out and required messages

You may be able to opt out of certain optional messages. Some security, servicing, legal, repayment, and account-related communications may still be required to provide Together services.
