Credit Authorization
Authorization for eligibility, underwriting, and account review.
Eligibility review
You authorize Together and its partners to use information you provide, identity information, connected account data, repayment history, card activity, fraud signals, and other permitted data sources to evaluate eligibility, spending capacity, repayment plans, and account limits.
Consumer report authorization
If required for a product or partner program, you authorize Together or its partners to obtain consumer reports, identity verification reports, fraud prevention reports, or similar information where legally permitted and disclosed.
Ongoing monitoring
You authorize periodic review of account activity, repayment behavior, connected account signals, and risk indicators to manage limits, prevent fraud, service the account, and determine continued eligibility.
Adverse action and notices
If a decision requires an adverse action notice or other disclosure, Together or its partner will provide the required notice electronically or through another legally permitted method.
No guarantee of approval
Submitting information or connecting an account does not guarantee approval, a card, a credit line, a particular limit, or continued access. Availability may vary by partner, state, and account status.
