E-Sign Consent

Consent to receive disclosures electronically.

Electronic delivery

By using Together, you consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, statements, confirmations, authorizations, tax forms, privacy notices, and other communications electronically through the app, website, email, SMS, push notification, or other electronic channels.

Hardware and software

You need a compatible mobile device or computer, internet access, a supported browser or current app version, a valid email address and phone number, and software capable of viewing, saving, and printing electronic records.

Paper copies

You may request paper copies of certain records where required by law or supported by Together. Fees, delivery methods, and availability may depend on the record type and applicable partner requirements.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw electronic consent by contacting support where withdrawal is legally available. Withdrawing consent may limit or prevent access to Together services because many features require electronic delivery.

Keeping contact information current

You agree to keep your email address, phone number, mailing address, and device access current so Together and its partners can deliver required communications reliably.
