Payment Authorization

Authorization for repayments, payment methods, and retries.

Payment authorization

When you add a payment method or accept a repayment plan, you authorize Together and its payment partners to initiate payments, debits, credits, reversals, retries, and adjustments according to the plan, authorization screen, or partner terms you accepted.

ACH and card payments

Payments may be processed through ACH, debit card, card network rails, bank transfer, or other supported methods. Your bank or card issuer may impose its own fees, limits, return rules, or timing constraints.

Retries and failed payments

If a payment fails, is returned, or is reversed, Together may notify you and may retry the payment where authorized and legally permitted. You remain responsible for repayment obligations shown in the app or applicable partner disclosures.

Changes and cancellation

You may be able to update payment methods or request cancellation of certain scheduled payments through the app or support, subject to timing, processing windows, and legal requirements.

Errors

If you believe a payment is incorrect or unauthorized, contact support promptly so Together or its partner can investigate and provide any required rights or disclosures.
