Privacy Policy

How Together collects, uses, shares, and protects information.

Draft status

This Privacy Policy is a draft placeholder for product review and should be replaced by a final approved privacy policy before public launch.

Information we collect

Together may collect identifiers, contact information, device information, authentication information, identity verification information, connected bank account data, transaction and balance data, repayment and card activity, Claire conversations, support messages, and information you provide during onboarding or account servicing.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify identity, evaluate eligibility, provide Claire assistance, support card and repayment features, personalize product guidance, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, debug and improve services, and send required account communications.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers, banking and card program partners, payment processors, identity and fraud vendors, data access providers, cloud and analytics providers, support vendors, professional advisors, law enforcement, regulators, or others when necessary to provide services, comply with law, protect rights, or complete a business transaction.

Connected account data

If you connect a financial account, Together may receive account, balance, ownership, transaction, and metadata from a data access provider or financial institution. We use this information to understand financial context, evaluate eligibility, support repayments, and help Claire provide more relevant assistance.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, support account history, meet legal and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud, and operate our business. Some information may be retained after account closure when required or permitted by law.

Your choices

You may update certain account information in the app, request support, manage notification preferences, disconnect certain integrations when available, or ask about account closure. Privacy choices may vary by state, product, partner requirement, and applicable law.

Security

Together uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and you should keep your device, phone number, email, and authentication methods protected.
