Draft May 2026
Terms of Use
Rules for using Together, Claire, and related services.
Draft status
These Terms of Use are draft placeholder terms for product review. They are intended to describe the current Together experience in plain English and should be replaced by final approved legal terms before public launch.
Your relationship with Together
Together provides a consumer financial companion experience that may include onboarding, identity verification, connected account review, Claire support, repayment planning, card access, and account support. You agree to use Together only for lawful personal financial activity and to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your device, credentials, passcodes, email, and phone number secure. You should tell Together promptly if you believe your account, card, device, or authentication method has been lost, stolen, compromised, or used without permission.
Eligibility and availability
Together features may depend on identity verification, connected account availability, underwriting or eligibility review, partner program rules, state availability, fraud controls, and account standing. We may decline, limit, suspend, or discontinue access to a feature when required for security, compliance, risk, product, or partner-program reasons.
Partners and third parties
Together is not a bank. Banking, card issuing, payment processing, credit, data access, identity verification, fraud prevention, and related services may be provided by regulated partners and service providers. Partner terms, disclosures, and program rules may apply and may control if they conflict with these draft terms.
Claire support
Claire may use account context, connected account signals, transaction information, repayment status, and conversation history to provide financial guidance and support. Claire's guidance may be incomplete or incorrect, and you should review important information before relying on it or making financial decisions.
Prohibited activity
You may not use Together to commit fraud, evade repayments, misrepresent identity or income, abuse promotions, scrape or reverse engineer the service, interfere with security controls, violate partner rules, or conduct activity that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
Changes and termination
Together may update features, fees, limits, product names, these terms, or related disclosures. When required, we will provide notice through the app, email, SMS, or another legally permitted channel. You may stop using the service, and Together may suspend or close access according to these terms and applicable law.
